ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS (NATIONAL) AND 10 DAYS (INTERNATIONALLY) UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.
How to return or exchange your purchase...
1) Before returning an item please email us (dennwill@xtra.co.nz) explaining what you are returning and why
2) Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
3) Pay to send your package via Track n Trace methods only, and make sure the work being returned is in perfect condition including all fittings
4) Send your package so that Crystal Chain Gang receives it within 7 days of emailing you.
Please note:
-Crystal Chain Gang is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free.
All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.
-Until an item is received at Crystal Chain Gang headquarters, it is your responsibility. Lost packages = tears, so remember to Track n Trace
-We can not refund or replace unless we receive the original goods.
Damaged Goods return/refund terms and conditions
We are happy to accept returns for goods that have arrived faulty or broken and will do our best to exchange a replacement or if necessary provide a full refund.

4) Send it so that Crystal Chain Gang receives it within 7 days of receiving email notification of the damaged goods.

Warranty
If you ever receive goods that are faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. If we can’t replace it with a suitable match then we will refund in full.
We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear or improper handling or installing.
All goods MUST be returned with packing invoice and all fittings included. Return goods by following our return and refund terms and conditions for the correct return procedure. Make sure all items returned are via Track and trace so no items are lost.
